Our bakers have always known how to combine their experience and the Abbey’s ancestral recipes in order to offer you quality products.
The products made in the Abbey workshops are sold in the cafeteria. The monks’ bread is still made with the same recipe but the wheat bread is the result of a mix of true wheat flavor, milk and carefully selected fat.
The pies, the cakes and the pastries are made with the same expertise. You will have the opportunity to taste them at the cafeteria.
